Do I need to pay a booking fee?

All services booked will require a non refundable booking fee. This will cover any cancellations and will secure your slot.

Can I book more than one service?

Absolutely, pamper yourself away! There are no restrictions on how many services you can book.

Where are you located?

We are based in Gravesend, near the town centre. Anyone and everyone is welcome to our salon no matter where you are from.

How old do I have to be for treatment?

Most services require you to be a minimum age of 16. We do offer little pamper packages for children under the age of 16, where they can enjoy with their friends and family. Please contact us to enquire.

Can I bring children with me?

We request for children not to be bought with you at present. We want to offer you an experience where you feel totally relaxed. Unfortunately we do not have any additional staff to keep an eye on little fingers! However, in the future we are looking into something special.. Keep your eyes peeled!

Can I speak to someone before booking a service?

Of course, we are always more than happy to guide you in the right direction. Follow us on any social media platform, or feel free to e-mail in.

I want to book a pamper party for my child, how do I do this?

Please contact us to book a bespoke pamper package for children.

Do you offer bridal packages or adult pamper packages?

We sure do! We pride ourselves on our bespoke packages we offer. The best way to book these packages is to discuss with us. We offer special host gifts too!

What postal company do you use for shipping products?

Currently we are using Royal Mail, signed for or tracked services. But we always consider other options to ensure we offer the best for our customers.

Do I need a patch test?

Most services will require you to have a patch test. This is best practice to ensure you do not have any adverse reactions. Patch tests must be done 24-48 hours prior to your first appointment.

Do you accept returns on your products?

Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns on our products due to hygiene reasons.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Absolutely! We are all about letting you sit back and relax. Just select the gift wrapping option at the checkout and let us know any further details in the information box and we will take care of the rest.
